Questions
Is it the same price for 1 HP and 2.5 HP?
Yes. Every home unit is the same price, whatever the horsepower.
Is my price fixed?
Yes. The price you see when you book is the price you pay — it won't change afterwards.
What if something else needs fixing?
The serviceman adds it in the app with a price. You approve or decline it on your phone — nothing is charged in cash on site.
Can I cancel or change the time?
Free until 24 hours before, and your money comes back as HutPal credit. Inside 24 hours, part of the price is kept because the time was reserved for you. You can also move your booking to another time at the price you paid.
What if no one is available?
If we can't confirm a serviceman for your time, everything you paid goes back to your HutPal credit and you can pick another time.
